What we collect

Google account identifier, email and name; the reviews and business claims you submit; private consumption or authorization documents; session tokens, scoped Agent authorizations, reports and audit records. We do not receive your Google password.

How information is used

We use account data for authentication, private documents for human review and abuse prevention, and published feedback for public reputation queries. Account history and submission signals determine whether a review needs human review or can be published with a self-reported label. Contact support to contest a routing or moderation decision. Published text, ratings and merchant responses can be read and copied by people and Agents worldwide. Your login email and original evidence files are not part of the public API.

Optional public context

If you choose to provide product/service names, variants, use cases, usage duration, expectations, results, strengths, limitations or price ranges, they appear publicly with your published review and may be quoted in linked experience briefs. These fields are optional. Check them before confirming and omit personal identifiers. Withdrawal removes the review from our live public pages and briefs; copies obtained by others may persist.

Private documents

Connecting an Agent through OAuth records its client ID, declared name, return addresses and your scoped authorization. The Agent receives only a one-hour permission to upload chosen evidence and prepare one draft, not your Google credentials or account email. Client names are self-declared. Revoke access in My activity. Authorizations do not automatically renew.

Only the submitter and authorized reviewers can download documents. A consumer may give a chosen Agent a temporary permission to upload documents and prepare one draft. This permission does not allow downloading evidence or reading other account records. Redact payment card numbers, addresses and unrelated personal information before uploading. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through support for a business claim. Original documents are not automatically deleted based on age. We retain them to support review integrity, disputes and abuse prevention. You may contact the operator to request deletion; requests are assessed individually.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare processes hosting, database and file storage. Google provides sign-in. The service targets users outside mainland China. Data may be processed internationally. We use essential authentication cookies; no advertising or analytics cookies are included.

Your choices

Contact the operator to request access, correction, review withdrawal or account deletion, or to appeal moderation. We verify account ownership before acting. Public copies already obtained by others may persist. Account and moderation records are retained while needed to operate the service or resolve disputes; deletion requests are assessed individually.

Eligibility and changes

The initial service is for adults. Do not submit sensitive personal information about yourself or other people. Material changes to this notice will be published here.
