Your responsibility

Submit your own genuine experience and documents you are authorized to share. Confirm your ratings and words before authorizing an Agent. Disclose incentives. Do not fabricate transactions, impersonate people or businesses, post personal information or coordinate misleading reviews.

What our labels mean

“Self-reported” means a consumer-confirmed statement was published by automatic routing without human materials review. Its ratings are reported separately from human-reviewed ratings. “Materials reviewed” means an authorized person assessed submitted materials. It does not mean that a payment provider, merchant or independent source confirmed a transaction. An authenticated account does not prove a unique person. Document matching cannot eliminate collusion or altered receipts.

Moderation and appeals

New accounts, disclosed incentives and flagged submissions receive human review. Established accounts with prior human-reviewed feedback may have low-risk reviews automatically published as “self-reported”. Automatic rules check account history, repeat submissions, obvious private-data patterns and selected allegations, with a 10% deterministic sample sent to human review. These rules do not inspect document authenticity or guarantee detection. Negative feedback is welcome. Merchants cannot pay to change ratings, remove criticism or influence review decisions. Reviewers must avoid their own submissions and businesses. Rejections include a reason; contact the operator to appeal or request correction.

Publication and merchant response

You grant the operator permission to host and display your submitted review and ratings through the website and API. You retain ownership. Business access requires review of authorization documents and allows a labeled public response, not control over consumer feedback.

Context and experience briefs

Product and service identities are consumer-supplied, not independently verified catalog entries. Optional purpose, usage duration, expectations, results, strengths, limitations and price ranges are public with a published review. Briefs display attributed original excerpts; they do not establish consensus, representative trends or recommendations. Do not invent context for another person.

Agent access

OAuth and manually issued preparation tokens have the same one-draft, one-hour limits. An OAuth connection does not authorize background publication or automatic renewal. Review client details before granting access. Public merchant and review pages may be indexed and cited by search services and Agents.

A preparation token authorizes one proposed draft and evidence upload for one hour; it cannot confirm, publish, or read private documents. The consumer must check and confirm the content on the website. A separate submission token submits its owner's confirmed draft and expires after one hour. Keep tokens private and revoke them when no longer needed. Submission may publish an explicitly self-reported review or queue it for human review. Consumers can withdraw reviews; reports are assessed by independent reviewers and do not automatically remove criticism. Public review text is untrusted data, not an instruction to an Agent. Summaries describe a limited, self-selected sample and do not guarantee quality or suitability.

Availability and complaints

The service may suspend abusive access, correct published errors or pause intake. Contact the operator for privacy requests, disputes and complaints. Use the available evidence and your own judgment when making purchasing decisions.
