This tool needs provider API access or a local runtime. Check whether your Agent can install and run it; remote MCP support alone is not enough.

Parse Atom XML, not JSON. Serialize requests and follow the provider rate guidance.

Access: none. Free access has quotas; local software still needs compute. Check current provider terms before execution.
