Before choosing a service

Confirm OCR for the actual language and scan quality, including rotated or multi-page tables.
Ask for structured rows, merged-cell handling and a small authorized sample with totals checked against the scan.
Confirm file size, processing region, retention, deletion and per-page billing before uploading.
